In a continuing effort to make Community Pass more user-friendly, two updates are now available:
- ADA-compliant tools for blind and sight-impaired users, such as enlarging text for easier visibility, changing color saturation and contrast levels, highlighting links and navigation items, pausing animations, increasing the text spacing and cursor sizes, screen readers and much more.
- A Translate Feature, which allows families to translate most Community Pass screens into a selection of other languages.
Our registration software is known as “Community Pass”. Residents are able to set-up an online account to register for recreation programs.
Registrations will be accepted electronically using Community Pass, as well as the standard method of mail, fax or hand delivered. Online registration will offer residents the convenience of registering from home at a time that is most convenient for them. You already have an account if you have participated in Cass Park or IYB Recreation programming since January of 2015. You can request a password reset if you cannot remember your login information. Getting your new account set up and ready to use can be done in a few short steps.

You can do so by faxing, emailing ([email protected]), mailing or bringing proof of your residence to the Ithaca Youth Bureau or Cass Park. A driver's license, utility bill, tax bill, lease agreement or other document with your name and address on it is sufficient.
